Shipping: New Zealand

• Flat rate of $9.90 to urban areas, or $12.90 for Rural Shipping
• Shipping timeframe: 3-5 business days once dispatched. 
• Rural Delivery: May take a little longer.

Please note - If your address is rural and Rural Shipping is not selected at checkout, we will hold rural parcels until the balance has been paid.

What is the order processing time?

We aim to dispatch your parcel within 1-3 business days of receiving your order, this is not counting weekends or public holidays. Shipping times vary depending on your location, but most orders arrive within 5-10 business days. We're committed to delivering your purchase promptly as we know you and your pet are eager to enjoy it.

There may be occasional delays due to unforeseen courier complications or busy times of year. Unfortunately, this is completely out of our control. We appreciate your patience and understanding and will do our best to get your order on its way as soon as possible. If your parcel has not been delivered within the estimated time frames above, or you are worried about its whereabouts, please contact us - we are more than happy to lodge a parcel enquiry on your behalf.

Your tracking number will be emailed to you as soon as your order has been processed! Keep an eye out for this in your emails. Be sure to check junk / spam folders if it doesn't appear in your inbox. The only reason you won't receive this is if you have entered the wrong email address by mistake during the checkout process.
