How do I find the right size?

Are your harnesses adjustable?

Yes! All of our harnesses are designed with adjustable straps to ensure a secure and comfortable fit for dogs of different shapes and sizes.

How do I clean the harness or collar?

We recommend hand washing with mild soap and cold water, then air drying. This helps maintain the quality and durability of the product.

Where do you ship to?  

We ship to New Zealand and Australia. 

Do you ship internationally?  

We currently ship to Australia, but we're planning to expand to additional regions in the future. Sign up to our email subscription to be the first to know when we start shipping to your location.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Shipping times vary by location: New Zealand orders arrive within 5–10 business days, while Australian orders arrive within 5–15 business days.

Returns & Exchanges

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your item(s). To be eligible for a return, products must be unused, in their original condition, and returned in the original packaging with all tags attached.

Please note that sale items are non-returnable.

If you’d like to make a return, securely package your item(s) with all tags still attached and email us at houseofsadienz@gmail.com with your order number. We’ll then provide you with the return instructions and delivery details.
