Refund policy
Returns & Exchanges Policy:
You must return items back to us within 30 days of delivery.
If 30 days have gone by since you received the purchase, then unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it with no signs or wear, this includes any marks, scratches or stains. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange or refund if items are non-saleable
If you wish to return an item, please send a request via email to hello@houseofsadie.co.nz. Please include a note in your returns package containing your order number, name, shipping address and email.
The buyer is responsible for paying for covering the costs of returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable service or purchasing shipping insurance in case your parcel goes missing as we can't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 7-10 business days.
Cancelling or making amendments
Please take extra care when placing your order. Once it's confirmed, we’re usually unable to cancel it or make changes because our packing process moves quickly.
This includes:

Changing product colours
Any incorrect details entered at checkout remain the customers responsibility.
Colour Variations
We do our best to show true colours of our products online, but small differences can happen due to natural lighting, editing, or your screen settings.
Sale Items
Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds or returns on sale items, unless the item is faulty.
